Job Summary:

We, at x-Biz, are seeking an experienced and resourceful Senior HR Executive to join our team.

The ideal candidate should have at least 2-3 years of hands-on experience in human resources and

possess a comprehensive understanding of HR functions. The Senior Executive will be responsible

for overseeing all aspects of payroll processing and ensuring compliance with relevant labor laws

and regulations. This role requires meticulous attention to detail, strong analytical skills, and the

ability to effectively communicate with internal stakeholders. The successful candidate will play a

crucial role in maintaining accurate payroll records, implementing best practices, and resolving

payroll-related issues in a timely manner. This role will involve assisting in jobs like data

management, Benefits administration, office administration, and other HR Operations as well.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Payroll Processing:

Manage end-to-end payroll processing for employees, including attendance, leaves,

and deductions.

Ensure accurate and timely disbursement of salaries through various payment

methods (., direct deposit, checks).

Review and reconcile payroll data to detect and correct discrepancies.

Collaborate with Finance department to ensure accurate recording of payroll

expenses.
