Qualification:MBA

Years of Experience: years to 5 years (Talent Hunting & Bulk Hiring)

Salary Package: 3+ LPA +(Negotiable)

Required Skills:

? Proven work experience as a Senior HR recruiter or Similar role.

? Previous experience in recruitment or human resources.

? Excellent interpersonal, decision -making, and communication Skills.

? Experience with sourcing techniques.

? Client and Candidate handling experience required.

Job Responsibility:

? Develop and incorporate an effective recruitment strategy.

? Produce and update job specification and descriptions.

? Post job ads on the company website, social media Channels, and relevant job boards.

? Evaluate resumes, Cover letters, and job application

? Perform interviews and evaluate the candidate skills, knowledge, and experience.

? Be a point of contact between the candidate and the company during the selection Process.
