Responsibilities
Set digital marketing strategies using all necessary tools (. website, emails,
social media, and blogs)
Run growth Experiments and share results with a wider team and iterate
accordingly
Own and drive the awareness and consideration metrics to get maximum ROI
out of the budget
Research products, services, and current strategies to identify new
opportunities
Analyze web traffic metrics and suggest solutions to boost web presence
Monitor SEO/SEM, marketing, and sales performance metrics to forecast
trends
Build strong clients relationships through social media interaction
Keep up-to-date with our audiences preferences and proactively suggest new
campaigns
Liaise with Marketing, Sales, Design, and Content teams to optimize customer
experience and ensure brand consistency
Identify advertising needs
Establish best practices in digital marketing
Stay up-to-date with digital technologies developments
Basic Qualifications
6-8+ years of relevant experience
Experience running growth experiments in a startup environment. Proven ability
to leverage multiple data sources to develop hypotheses and execute a rapid
test and learn strategies.
Proven work experience in Digital Marketing or Growth rolet
Scaling digital from the ground up in early-stage startups
Demonstrable experience with SEO/SEM
Experience implementing and optimizing Google Adwords campaigns
Solid knowledge of web analytics tools like Google Analytics
Hands-on experience with online marketing tools and practices
Expertise with content marketing and marketing management
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong analytical and project management skills
Strong time management skills - Ability to multitask and wear multiple hats as
necessary
Predict bottlenecks, proactively solve problems in the given and related area
Strong work ethic and commitment to integrity
Excellent negotiation & interpersonal skills
