Responsibilities

-Develop creative concepts, designs, and layouts for various marketing materials

-Create visually compelling and on-brand designs that effectively communicate our company's message and captivate our target audience

-Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements, objectives, and timelines

-Lead the design process from ideation to execution, ensuring high-quality deliverables that align with project goals

-Stay updated with design trends, industry best practices, and emerging technologies to bring fresh and innovative ideas to the table

-Provide guidance and mentorship to junior designers, fostering a collaborative and growth-oriented environment

-Collaborate with external vendors and freelancers when necessary to ensure the timely delivery of design projects

Qualifications

-Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design or a related field

-Proven 4-5 years of work experience as a Graphic Designer, preferably 1 year in a senior or lead role

-Strong portfolio showcasing a diverse range of design projects and a high level of creativity and craftsmanship
