Responsibilities & Duties
Collaborate with internal departments, to create reporting for departments such as finance, sales, customer success, HR, and R&D (some aggregation across departments is expected). The candidate is expected to work closely with Chief of Staff.
Collect, clean, and analyze large datasets, which may include code creation and development of APIs between PowerBI and the following: Pendo, Netsuite, Salesforce, Gainsight, Hubspot, ADP, etc..
Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and visualizations to effectively communicate key insights and metrics.
Create unified customer data usage tracking system to support upsell/cross-sell motion and create overage data for billing teams.
Conduct ad-hoc analysis to address specific business questions or challenges.
Implement data quality checks and ensure the accuracy and integrity of financial and sales data.
Stay informed about industry best practices and emerging trends in data analysis and visualization.
