Responsibilities & Duties
• Collaborate with internal departments, to create reporting for departments such as finance, sales, customer success, HR, and R&D (some aggregation across departments is expected). The candidate is expected to work closely with Chief of Staff.
• Collect, clean, and analyze large datasets, which may include code creation and development of APIs between PowerBI and the following: Pendo, Netsuite, Salesforce, Gainsight, Hubspot, ADP, etc..
• Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and visualizations to effectively communicate key insights and metrics.
• Create unified customer data usage tracking system to support upsell/cross-sell motion and create overage data for billing teams.
• Conduct ad-hoc analysis to address specific business questions or challenges.
• Implement data quality checks and ensure the accuracy and integrity of financial and sales data.
• Stay informed about industry best practices and emerging trends in data analysis and visualization.
