Responsibilities • Call existing and potential customers to sell the company's products and services

• Accurately record details of customer's purchase orders

• Process customer purchases

• Generate leads for the outside sales team to pursue

• Manage customer accounts by ensuring that existing customers remain satisfied with company's products and services

• Develop and sustain solid relationships with customers to encourage repeat business
