We are looking for a candidate who is well experienced and skilled in the field of Ecommerce along with experience in managing and developing a team to work independently to meet various set targets and achieve multidimensional growth of the organization. You will be responsible for supervising, managing and motivating team members while making sure that deadlines are being met and goals are being achieved.

Responsibilities

ging & growing sales on Indian & international Ecommerce sites.

untable for P & L and achieving volume and revenue targets.

ge a team and provide effective guidance.

building - hire, retain and nurture operations team members.

ing & uploading of catalogs, Pricing & Inventory Management of products on E-commerce websites/ portals.

ring coordination between different departments to fulfill the orders.

larly coordinating with the POCs of e-commerce portals.

te and monitor marketing activities such as campaigns, promotions, deal prices, discounts, coupons and other such activities on marketplaces.

ring all contents and catalog (Descriptions/price/images/ latest updates) is as per requirements and if not are then correctly updated.

ading digital media content to online storefront, ecommerce sites and other shopping Web sites for content enhancement and advertising purposes.

lve customer complaints in a satisfactory manner.

h to month analysis of sales growth to suggest and implement changes for improvement.

ecting data from various platforms regarding the performance of the organization's products and implementing new strategies to ensure growth.
