We are seeking an individual who is not only adept at utilizing CAD software but also possesses a keen eye for detail and a flair for creativity.

ROLE

As a Senior Design Engineer, you will play a pivotal role in crafting the next generation of groundbreaking products. Your responsibilities will include conceptualizing, researching, and prototyping innovative designs. Collaborating closely with our design and production teams, you'll lead various projects, leveraging your expertise in engineering software and staying abreast of the latest design trends.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Conduct research to explore new product concepts and methodologies.

Devise creative solutions to engineering challenges.

Enhance existing products and processes through innovative design.

Execute design calculations manually.

Develop comprehensive engineering products and processes, encompassing 3D modeling, simulation, analysis, optimization, and detailed drawings.

Fabricate and test prototypes, evaluating and addressing any issues or risks.

Continuously improve engineering methods and processes within the organization.

Maintain meticulous engineering records and documentation.

Collaborate with production teams to streamline manufacturing processes.

Liaise with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to ensure project alignment and success.

Generate detailed reports to enhance production efficiency.

Engage with customers and project management teams to monitor project progress and implementation.

Resolve technical issues and enhance product manufacturability and serviceability.

Ensure compliance with industry safety standards.

QUALIFICATION

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Mechanical or Design Engineering.

SKILLS

Proficiency in 3D CAD/CAM software such as SolidWorks, Iron CAD, Cre
