Job Summary:

The Data Analyst will be responsible for analyzing complex data sets and providing insights to support business decision-making. The successful candidate will work closely with the company's data science team, as well as other departments, to develop and implement data-driven strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

Analyze large, complex data sets using statistical methods and tools to identify trends, patterns, and insights.

Create reports and visualizations to communicate data findings to business stakeholders.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and develop solutions to address their needs.

Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure business performance and identify opportunities for improvement.

Develop and maintain databases and data systems necessary for projects and departmental functions.

Identify and recommend new data sources and tools to improve data collection and analysis processes.

Participate in data governance activities to ensure data accuracy, completeness, and consistency.

Develop and implement data quality checks to ensure data integrity.

Provide support to other departments by answering data-related questions and providing data-driven insights.

Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies related to data analysis.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field such as statistics, mathematics, economics, or computer science.

Minimum of 2 years of experience in data analysis or a related field.

Strong analytical skills with experience in statistical analysis and data modeling.

Experience using data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI.

Knowledge of database management systems and data warehousing concepts.

Strong communication skills with the ability to present complex data findings to non-technical stakeholders.

Attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills.
