Manage key stakeholders by sector/practice area to ensure expectations are met/exceeded, timelines are heeded

Qualifications:
Are motivated individuals with excellent communication & writing skills
Are exceptional marketing and customer experience executives
Are keen to pursue a career in communications and customer experience
Have the ability to tell an engaging story about the disruption collapse and transformation of any industry
Have an in-depth understanding of what the customer journey and the customer value chain mean
Have expertise in understanding the role of public relations, press releases, email, website, social media, and other marketing assets to tell the story
