Answering Customer Inquiries: CSRs respond to customer inquiries and provide accurate information about products or services.

Resolving Complaints and Issues: They address customer complaints and issues in a timely and effective manner, aiming to find satisfactory solutions.

Assisting with Orders and Returns: CSRs assist customers with placing orders and handling returns.

Representing Clients: They may represent their clients in meetings or appointments.

Generating Leads: CSRs can also generate sales leads that develop into new customers.

Preparing MIS Report : Designing, Developing, and Maintaining MIS Systems,Create and manage Management Information Systems (MIS) to support business operations.

Analyze the business requirements of all departments to determine their technology needs.

PPT Making; Content Organization:Collaborate with stakeholders to understand presentation requirements.

Organize content logically and create a clear flow of information.
