Job Title: Cabin Crew

Job Overview:

As a Cabin Crew member, you will be the face of the airline, ensuring a safe, comfortable, and pleasant flying experience for passengers. Your primary responsibility is to deliver exceptional customer service, ensure passenger safety, and handle in-flight duties with professionalism and care.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct pre-flight safety checks and ensure all emergency equipment is in place and functional.

Welcome passengers on board, assist with seating, and provide in-flight instructions.

Serve meals, beverages, and offer duty-free products while ensuring passenger comfort.

Respond to passenger needs, including handling special requests, providing assistance, and resolving issues.

Maintain cabin cleanliness and organization throughout the flight.

Handle emergency situations, including medical incidents, fire, and evacuations, following established procedures.

Provide first aid assistance when needed, and work with the flight crew to manage any safety or security concerns.

Ensure compliance with aviation regulations and company policies during all stages of the flight.

Qualifications:

Age between 18 and 30 years (depending on the airline).

Working Conditions:

Travel frequently, including domestic and international flights.

Work in rotating shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Must adhere to uniform and grooming standards.

Extended periods of standing, walking, and managing cabin service during flights.
