**Required Candidate: Senior BDM**

**Required Candidate with Experience:**

Minimum 7-10 years of experience in business development or sales within the interiors, building materials, or related industries.

Proven track record of driving business growth and achieving sales targets.

Strong network of interior designers, architects, and related professionals.

Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills.

Strategic thinker with the ability to identify and capitalize on emerging market opportunities.

**Key Responsibilities:**

Identify and develop new business opportunities within the interior design and architecture sectors.

Develop and implement strategies to achieve and exceed sales and revenue targets.

Generate leads and inquiries for the target audience and implement strategies to attract them.

**Salary Range:** Rs 1,20,000 to Rs 1,25,000 per month. Plus Conveyance and Mobile Reimbursement.
