• B. Tech / Graduate / MBA with Good Oral & written Communication skills
• Minimum of 4-6 (Manager / Senior Manager) years of experience in business development, sales,
preferable in Pro AV / IT Solutions field.
• Manage Existing Channel Markets to Increase Business Opportunities.
• Developing & Maintaining Healthy Relationships with Channel Partners / System Integrators.
• Relationship building with PMCs, Consultant, Architects, contractors etc.
• Identifying Large Corporate Clients, Developing Healthy Relationships to Ensure Long Term
Business Relationships.
• Highly Motivated, Disciplined Sales Professional who understand the Challenges and
Opportunities of Virtual office.
• Previous Experience in the AV industry shall be most desirable.
• Direct Sales experience is B2B domain for Technology products shall be the added advantage.
• Establish A Strong Dealer Network Through direct partnership or indirect partnerships.
• Appraising The Management Through Proper MIS On Monthly Progress of Business activity.
• Strong understanding of marketing, sales, and business development strategies and processes
• Proven track record of successful business development and sales within the target region.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills
• Ability to work independently to meet business objectives
• Flexibility to travel within the target region as needed
