Job Responsibilities:
Manage and strengthen customer relationships, ensuring a high level of client satisfaction and retention.
Lead the full sales cycle from prospecting and lead generation to deal closing and client follow-up.
Handle leads efficiently, ensuring timely responses, follow-ups, and conversion into
clients.
Oversee client relationship management (CRM) tools and maintain organized records of client interactions.
Work closely with junior team members to provide mentorship and guide best practices in sales and client handling.
Key Skills & Qualifications:
At least 2+ years of experience in business development, sales, or customer
relationship management.
Strong negotiation and deal-closing skills, with a proven record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to work independently and take initiative in a fast-paced work environment
