Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Develop and implement a comprehensive strategy to market Hospital ERP Software solutions and related products.

Identify and pursue high-value opportunities within the healthcare sector.

Conduct detailed market research to uncover emerging trends, competitor activities, and potential market segments.

Generate and qualify leads, building strong relationships with key decision-makers in healthcare institutions.

Close deals to expand the customer base and foster growth.

Identify and research target territories, creating a qualified list of accounts for business growth.

Lead the response process for RFIs and RFPs, ensuring accurate, thorough, and timely submissions.

Create persuasive proposals and presentations tailored to client needs.

Negotiate pricing and contractual terms to secure sales, ensuring favorable agreements and a positive client experience.

Lead product demonstrations to highlight the value of software solutions and address client-specific challenges effectively.

Consistently meet or exceed sales targets through effective sales strategies, relationship building, and deal closure.

Work closely with marketing, sales, product development, and operations teams to ensure alignment and seamless execution of business initiatives.

Track sales performance, analyze key metrics, and prepare regular reports on business development activities.

Oversee key account management activities, ensuring timely payment collection and resolution of client issues.

Requirements:

A minimum of 10 years of business development experience, with at least 5 years in the healthcare or Hospital Information Software industry.

A proven track record in developing and executing successful sales strategies.

Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

Expertise in building and maintaining client relationships.

Proficiency in analyzing market trends and identifying growth opportunities.
