Must have requirements:
1. Should be a graduate (any graduate is okay).
2. Should be passionate about sales.
3. Must have Excellent English Communication and quick wittedness
4. Should be highly energetic and enthusiastic to work in fast paced start up environment.
5. Prior experience in sales and business development is mandatory.
6. Good interpersonal and presentation skills.
7. Must have a Laptop, android smartphone with proper internet connection.
8. Must be fluent in English and Hindi and other regional language of the respective location (Tamil and Telugu)
9. Being capable of concept selling and understanding business and student issues
10. The candidate must have B2C / Direct(Field) experience of at least 2 years. No freshers required. (Preferred industry: Ed-tech)

What you will do :
- Identify and develop strategic relationships with students
- Develop a strong pipeline of new students through direct or indirect customer contact and prospecting
- Ongoing monitoring and analysis of pipeline to review performance & optimize accordingly to ensure objectives are met
- Maintain strong follow-ups and regular feedback calls
- Create lead engagement plans and strategy
- Study the details of each offering and remain abreast of updates to these offerings.
- Efficient and effective lead utilization with consistent follow-ups, low Turn-Around-Time (TAT), and increased connectivity with multiple attempts
- Update and create tailored client proposals and negotiate further to close the deals
