Job Description :
1. Passion for sales and prior experience in sales B2B and B2C with proven results.
2. Preferable real estate sales, Interior design institutional sales.
3. Source and work customer referrals, Employee referrals.
4. Maintain positive business and customer relationships in an effort to extend customer lifetime value.
5. Make an effective sales pitch/presentation, in terms of ideas and use of tools like excel and powerpoint.
6. Quick on the feet attitude.
7. Good communication skills, written and oral.
8. Good interpersonal skills.
9. High-level focus on achieving targets and ability to work under pressure.
10. Meeting and liaising with clients to discuss and identify their requirements.
11. Working with various internal teams to meet and deliver the client's requirements.
12. Be the single point of contact for the client till project conversion and report progress to seniors periodically.
13. Raising estimates/quotations for clients based on customization.
14. Monitoring the effectiveness of service delivery and campaigns (if any).
15. Arranging and attending meetings with clients within the office or outside of the office.
16. Taking client's on-site visits to showcase the company's work.
17. Liaise closely with the design and projects team.
18. Participating in marketing initiatives if required.
19. Should have worked with ABID.
20. Should have experience in Furniture, Interior or Building Material Industry.
