Key Responsibilities:

Target Achievement: Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets and KPIs set by the branch manager.
Market Research: Stay informed about market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to provide valuable insights and stay competitive.
Team Collaboration: Work closely with the branch team to align sales efforts, share best practices, and support overall branch objectives.
