Job Description

The Business Development Executive is instrumental in driving company growth by identifying new business opportunities, fostering client relationships, and implementing strategic plans. This role requires market research, lead generation, client management, sales presentations, strategic planning, performance tracking, and networking skills. The ideal candidate should have a Bachelor's degree in Business or Marketing, proven business development or sales experience, strong communication and negotiation skills, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team. Additionally, expertise in generating leads, handling bidding portals, closing bids, and knowledge of web and ERP development projects are essential. The candidate should be agile in responding to bids and lead generation efforts, adept at cold calling and email campaigns, and quick in proposing solutions to client requirements.
