We are hiring Sr. Business Development Executive with a demonstrated history of working in the Sales & Marketing/E-commerce in depth in IT Industry. Worked in esteemed OTAs & Travel companies, we are looking for strong sales professional focused in Hospitality, OTA, Lead generation and sales execution.
Responsibilities
Develop a Strategic Sales plan to increase our market share and revenue.
Conduct research to identify potential regions and customer needs.
Managing all the inbound and outbound leads for hospitality sector
Targeting our existing customers with an upsell strategy plan.
All activities and processes to be maintained on Salesforce CRM.
Maintaining & Building relationships with OTAs, PMSs & Payment Gateway partners.
Building long-term relationships with new and existing customers.
Report on month-end activity, revenue and results.
Make 50 to 60 Outbound calls per week for potential leads.
Achieve Sales targets setup by Senior Management.
Thorough knowledge of our products and services.
Conducting webinars on features of products with existing or potential clients.
Keeping up with the latest in Hospitality, Online Management, best practices and trends.
Training of any new Sales or Support team personnel.
Working very closely with Partner Service, Marketing & Technical Team.
Requirement
A minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a Business Development/similar role
Graduate
Very good communication skills
A proactive approach to problem-solving
A thirst for winning new business
A customer-first approach, being able to read and understand requirements
An organized approach and commitment to meeting deadlines
Ability to develop strong relationships at all levels of a business including senior managers
Experience with Hotel software systems and a desire to develop a detailed understanding of logic in software development
