Job Description

 Working with user groups, develop credible recommendations for the optimal use of technology (current and future) to suit the business requirements. Identify less visible cross-boundary business needs through a deeper understanding of business processes and challenges.

 Build solutions that positively impact the ROI or profitability of the business, or whose cost impact is well-defined.

 Through an understanding of the capability and limitations of technology, influence the business owners to adopt realistic system solutions. Provide options and alternatives.

 Provide high level, strategic analysis that looks across boundaries and integrates user needs and wants in a way that is most efficient and effective

 Create specifications documents and report designs, and work with the Programmer/Developers to ensure understanding and usability. Assist with testing and evaluation processes.

 Provide leadership, coaching and mentoring to Business Analysts. Provide Project Management.
