Able to work from 9am EST - 6pm EST, Monday through Friday.

Minimum 3-5 years of experience only in Marketing Bench candidates is required.

Experience working with US Citizens, Green Card, H1-B, EAD (GC, H4, L2, OPT, CPT), US tax terms [Corp-to-Corp (C2C)/1099, C2H, W2]

Should have working knowledge on US job portals (Dice/Monster /Indeed/CareerBuilder/LinkedIn Recruiter/TechFetch)

Hands-On experience with various technologies such as BA, PM, DA, QA (Automation/Manual), Scrum Master, SalesForce Admin etc (Must)

Hands-On experience with updating/modifying resume based on the requirement.

End-to-end process of Sales, submitting the consultants, negotiating rates, coordinating with clients, follow up till offer and joining of the candidate.

Following up for interview schedules, closing the best deals.

Should be able to make good numbers of submission and maintain reports in daily basis.

Should be very committed, strong achiever, meeting the placement targets.

Should have good vendor database to get daily BA/QA/PM/Scrum Master requirements.
