Job Summary: The Head Architect for large-scale apartment projects is a pivotal leadership role responsible for driving innovative concept designs of elevations, overseeing site visits, executing construction coordination, recruiting, training, and effectively managing a team of architects. Key Responsibilities:

1. Innovative Concept Designs,

Lead the development of innovative and cutting-edge architectural concepts for large-scale apartment projects, focusing on distinctive and visually striking elevations.

Collaborate with the design team to create design solutions merge functionality with aesthetic appeal.

2. Project Coordination and Management:

Oversee the architectural aspects of large-scale apartment construction projects, ensuring alignment with project objectives and client requirements.

Develop and manage project schedules, budgets, and deliverables.

3. Site Visits and Execution coordination:
