Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Architect to join our dynamic

team. As an Architect, you will be responsible for designing and

overseeing the construction of innovative and functional buildings and

structures. The ideal candidate will bring a combination of creative

design skills, technical proficiency, and project management expertise.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Design Development:

 Collaborate with clients and stakeholders to understand

project requirements and objectives.

 Develop innovative and aesthetically pleasing architectural

designs that meet client needs and adhere to building codes

and regulations.

2. Technical Proficiency:

 Create detailed architectural drawings, blueprints, and

specifications using industry-standard software (.,

AutoCAD, Revit, Photoshop, 3DX Max, Lumion, V-Ray, MS

Package, Sketch Up & Enscape).

 Ensure designs comply with local, state, and national

building codes and regulations.

3. Project Management:

 Oversee and manage architectural projects from concept to

completion.

 Develop project timelines, budgets, and resource plans.

 Coordinate with engineers, contractors, and other

professionals to ensure successful project delivery.

4. Client Interaction:

 Act as the primary point of contact for clients throughout the

design and construction process.

 Present and explain design proposals to clients and

stakeholders.

5. Quality Control:

 Conduct regular site visits to monitor construction progress

and ensure adherence to design specifications.

 Review and approve materials, finishes, and other

components to maintain design integrity.
