To ensure that the office maintenance is done at cost effective rates and as per need with prompt action.
Maintains office supplies by checking stock to determine inventory level; anticipating needed supplies; pacing and expediting order for supplies; verifying receipt of supplies.
Making travel and stay arrangements and to provide timely admin assistance in case of any requirement of Hotel, ticket bookings or vehicles without any delay.
To provide hygienic and amiable working conditions to the employees at office by maintaining and monitoring housekeeping facilities
Maintain database of vendors, hotels and service providers for ready reference
Ensure that the vendors are managed for timely work, better quality and cost effective services
To prepare and maintain reports on monthly administration expenses and its cost analysis for effectiveness
Provide all possible admin support to organize meetings, events and welfare activities at the company
Maintenance and booking of conference room/Meeting room
Perform other related duties as and when required
