Role:

Oversee the preparation and analysis of financial statements, reports, and budgets.

Monitor cash flow, accounts payable, and accounts receivable for efficient financial operations.

Conduct regular financial analysis and provide insights for strategic decisionmaking.

Ensure compliance with accounting standards, tax regulations, and company policies.

Coordinate and manage internal and external audits, providing necessary documentation.

Continuously evaluate accounting processes and systems, implementing efficiency measures.

Contribute to financial forecasts and annual budget planning.

Assess financial risks and implement strategies for risk mitigation.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Accounting (a understanding of us accounting will be a plus)

Proven work experience as an Accounts Manager or in a similar financial leadership role (7 to 10 years).

Indepth knowledge of accounting principles, financial regulations, and best practices.

Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data.

Excellent leadership and communication skills to inspire and guide a team.

Proficiency in Zoho Books is mandatory.

Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
