Job Overview:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and experienced Senior Accountant to oversee general accounting operations and ensure accuracy in financial reporting. The ideal candidate should have a strong grasp of accounting principles, financial analysis, and compliance standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage and oversee daily accounting operations

Prepare accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports

Reconcile bank statements and monitor cash flow

Supervise junior accountants and provide mentorship

Handle tax filings, GST returns, and compliance with local regulations

Coordinate with external auditors and consultants

Analyze financial data and provide strategic recommendations

Ensure compliance with company policies and financial regulations

Requirements:

Bachelors or Masters degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field

CA-Inter / CA / MBA Finance (preferred)

Minimum 2 years of accounting experience

Strong knowledge of Tally, MS Excel, and accounting software

Good understanding of GST, TDS, and income tax laws

Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills

Strong communication and team management abilities
