Roles and Responsibilities
. Handle all accounting activities like billing, taxation, GSTR1 & GSTR3B liability working and filing, quarterly liability working and filing of TDS, Finalization of Books and related activities.
* Receivable and payable management, Liquidity management and periodic cash flow management
* Cost control and cost reduction.
* Supervise & Manage a team of financial accountants, assistants, interns.
* Plan and organize accounting work in the department.
* Liaison with IT Department and other statutory related departments.
* Need to co-ordinate with all the departments to prepare the MIS - Checklist before delivering / Processing the work.
* Hands-on experience in operations and overseeing accounting work and filing of tax returns.
* Ensure compliance with government regulations & legislation; handling regulatory queries and responses
* Coordinating with external consultants and auditors as needed for statutory, internal or other audits.
* Preparing and Reviewing CMA data and analyzing the various Ratio Parameters in line
with the Banking Requirements and recommending the course of action to be taken for improving the same.
* Prepare budget, forecast; analyze any discrepancy and propose any recommendation for improvement
* Developing financial strategy, including risk minimization plans and opportunity forecasting
* Working and coordinating with other department for cost reduction and business growth strategies
Desired Candidate Profile
1. Fully Conversant with Tally ERP package.
2. CA Inter will be given first preference
3. Candidates from garment manufacturing industry and ready to join immediately will be preferred.
Minimum work experience of 8-10 years
