Job Description

Paid Search Campaign Management:

Develop and execute comprehensive paid search strategies across platforms such as Google Ads, Bing Ads, and others.

Create and optimize PPC (pay-per-click) campaigns to maximize ROI and achieve performance goals.

Keyword Research and Analysis:

Conduct thorough keyword research to identify relevant and high-performing keywords.

Analyze and adjust keyword strategy based on search volume, competition, and business goals.

Ad Copy writing:

Create compelling ad copy and design effective ad creatives to improve click-through rates.

A/B test ad variations to enhance performance.

Budget Management:

Manage and allocate budgets effectively to ensure efficient use of resources.

Monitor campaign spending and adjust budgets based on performance.

Analytics and Reporting:

Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) such as click-through rate (CTR), conversion rate, and cost per acquisition (CPA).

Prepare regular reports on campaign performance and provide insights for optimization.

Landing Page Optimization:

Collaborate with the web development and design teams to optimize landing pages for better conversion rates.

Ensure a seamless user experience from ad click to conversion.

Competitor Analysis:

Stay informed about industry trends and competitor strategies.

Adjust SEM strategies based on competitive landscape and emerging opportunities.

Stay Updated:

Stay current with changes in search engine algorithms and advertising platforms.

Implement new features and tools to enhance campaign performance.

Qualifications and Skills:

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.

Proven experience in managing SEM campaigns, preferably with certifications such as Google Ads or Bing Ads.

In-depth knowledge of paid search platforms and advertising best practices.

Analytical mindset with strong data analysis skills.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
