Job Title: Security Supervisor

Reports to: Security Manager/Director

Job Summary:

We seek experienced and strategic Security Supervisors to oversee security operations, ensuring safety and security of premises, assets, and personnel.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Supervise security guards and personnel.

2. Develop and implement security protocols and procedures.

3. Conduct risk assessments and vulnerability analyses.

4. Monitor CCTV cameras and alarm systems.

5. Respond to incidents (theft, vandalism, emergencies).

6. Investigate security breaches and incidents.

7. Collaborate with law enforcement agencies.

8. Manage security budgets and resources.

9. Train and evaluate security personnel.

10. Ensure compliance with regulations and standards.

Requirements:

1. 3-5 years of security experience (supervisory/management).

2. High school diploma or equivalent.

3. Valid security license (., Guard Card).

4. Certification in security management (., CPP, PSP).

5. Strong leadership, communication, and analytical skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

1. Experience in commercial/industrial security.

2. Familiarity with security technology (CCTV, access control).

3. Certification in emergency management (., EMER).

4. Background in law enforcement or military.

5. Bachelor's degree in Security Management or related field.
