- Supervising Security Personnel: Oversee and manage a team of security officers, ensuring they are properly trained, adhere to company policies, and perform their duties effectively.

- Security Operations Management: Coordinate and supervise all security operations, including patrols, monitoring security systems, and ensuring all security protocols are followed.

- Incident Response: Respond to and investigate security incidents such as breaches, theft, vandalism, or suspicious activity, ensuring proper documentation and reporting.

- Training & Development: Conduct training sessions for security staff on procedures, emergency response, surveillance techniques, and customer service to ensure high levels of security standards and performance.

- Access Control: Monitor and manage access control systems, ensuring that only authorized personnel or visitors are allowed on the premises, while maintaining accurate records.

- Security Equipment Management: Oversee the proper functioning and maintenance of security equipment, such as CCTV systems, alarms, and communication tools, and ensure regular checks are performed.

- Emergency Response Planning: Develop and implement emergency response procedures, including evacuation plans and protocols for handling natural disasters, fire alarms, or medical emergencies.

- Reporting & Documentation: Prepare daily, weekly, or monthly reports on security activities, incidents, and staff performance, providing detailed information to senior management.

- Client Interaction: Communicate with clients to understand their security needs and provide updates or recommendations on improving security protocols or services.

- Risk Assessment: Conduct regular security audits and assessments to identify potential risks or vulnerabilities and suggest corrective measures to mitigate them.
