Responsibilities:

Stay informed about emerging security threats, trends, and best practices to continuously improve security operations.
Requirements:
Previous experience in security supervision or a related field is required.
Valid security license or certification is mandatory.
Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively manage and motivate a team.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to interact professionally with clients, staff, and external stakeholders.
Knowledge of security principles, practices, and procedures, including access control, surveillance, and emergency response.
Ability to make quick decisions under pressure and respond effectively to security incidents and emergencies.
Proficiency in computer applications and security systems software.
Flexibility to work varying shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays, as needed.
