Roles and Responsibilities

Developing and implementing security policies, protocols and procedures

Controlling budgets for security operations and monitor expenses

Ensure Security SOP adherence for the campus

Ensure compliance of inward and outward material movement entries and maintenance of records

Safeguard companys property from theft and pilferages

Liasioning with local Government authorities (like Police, DM Office, Nagar Nigam etc)

Dealing with local villagers, if required

Strong vigilance within the campus & office over employees

Risk mitigation Fire, Accident, natural calamity etc

Contingency planning

Visitor management

Regulating & controlling movement of men & material with proper documentation

Desired Candidate Profile

Ex-Serviceman from Indian Army/Navy/Airforce (minimum Captain rank)

Post superannuation, minimum 5-10 years of industry experience

Maximum age must be upto 45 years
