Job Title: Security Guard

Job Summary:

We are seeking vigilant and dedicated individuals to join our team as Security Guards. The primary responsibility of a Security Guard is to maintain a safe and secure environment by patrolling and monitoring premises, controlling access, and responding to security incidents. The ideal candidate should be observant, reliable, and possess strong communication skills.

Responsibilities:

Patrol and Monitor:

Conduct regular patrols of the premises to ensure the security and safety of the property.

Monitor surveillance cameras and alarm systems.

Access Control:

Control access points, including checking identification, verifying credentials, and ensuring authorized entry.

Issue visitor passes and maintain a log of individuals entering and exiting the premises.

Emergency Response:

Respond promptly to alarms, emergencies, and security incidents.

Take appropriate action during incidents, such as contacting emergency services, conducting investigations, and documenting incidents.

Customer Service:

Provide a visible and approachable presence, assisting visitors and employees as needed.

Answer inquiries and provide information to the public in a courteous manner.

Reporting:

Prepare and submit detailed incident reports, documenting any security-related incidents, observations, or violations.

Report any safety hazards and security deficiencies to the appropriate personnel.

Collaboration:

Collaborate with law enforcement, fire departments, and other emergency respondents as necessary.

Communicate effectively with other security personnel and relevant departments.

Security Equipment:

Operate and maintain security equipment, such as surveillance cameras, radios, and alarms.

Report any malfunctions or issues with equipment.

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent.

Proven experience as a Security Guard or in a related role.

Valid security license/certification as required by local regulations.
