Job Description

The position holder will be responsible to exercise change management to change compliance and quality related processes based on learnings, recommendations, or new legislation and help solve impediments in an Agile team context with help from other Scrum Masters, Business Owner, or Product Owner. He will identify problem in a structured way and facilitate/discover solutions/recommendations based on best practices. Ensure learning and continuous improvement in the Agile team as well as secure training execution in alignment with People Leader.

It includes,

Should mentor and support delivery teams to follow agile values, principles, and practices and prepare Agile/IT implementation report and execute the plan and review validation deliverables.

Use agile methodology principles, values, and practices to plan, manage and deliver solutions and facilitate agile events, meetings, and decision-making processes.

Participate in audits and inspections including finding solutions to compliance gaps identified with performing Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and suggest corrective and preventive Actions (CAPA).

Responsible for performing activities related to Computer System Validation (CSV)/ Computer Software Assurance (CSA) in line with Quality Management System (QMS) and support product Owners with functional and acceptance verification.

Use Azure DevOps during project execution.

Qualifications

Should have overall 10+ years of experience with relevant 5+years of experience in Compliance and validation experience

Should have relevant 1-2 years of experience as Scrum Master.

Good understanding of Digitalisation technologies, Analytical mindset & Detail oriented

Should be capable of handling distributed teams spread geographically two or more countries.

Good Knowledge of agile tools ., scrum, Kanban, SAFe.

Strong Knowledge on Azure DevOps (or similar verification/testing suite).(Good to have).

Good planning & time management skills.

Take ownership of larger deliverables.
