Job Overview:

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic teacher to join our educational team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, preparing, and delivering high-quality lessons that foster student learning and development. Key Responsibilities:

Lesson Planning & Delivery:

Design and deliver well-structured, engaging lessons in alignment with the curriculum.

Use a variety of teaching methods and resources to accommodate diverse learning styles and needs.

Continuously assess student progress through tests, assignments, and observations.

Classroom Management:

Establish and maintain a positive and respectful classroom environment.

Promote student engagement, motivation, and discipline.

Address classroom issues and resolve conflicts in a fair and consistent manner.

Assessment & Reporting:

Regularly assess students' academic progress and provide constructive feedback.

Maintain accurate records of student performance and attendance.

Prepare and submit periodic reports for parents/guardians and school leadership.

Student Support:

Offer additional support to students who are struggling academically or emotionally.

Differentiate instruction for students with varying abilities.

Encourage students to develop critical thinking, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Collaboration:

Work closely with colleagues to plan curriculum, share resources, and discuss student progress.

Participate in parent-teacher meetings, school events, and professional development opportunities.

Collaborate with school leadership on school-wide initiatives and improvement efforts.
