Looking for experienced and visionary Principal to lead a school, which has a student body of over 700 students. Please find below the details.

It is a Co-Ed school affiliated with the Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE)

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site Principal role located in Bangalore. The Principal - CBSE will be responsible for overseeing the CBSE curriculum implementation, managing the academic staff, developing educational programs, and fostering a positive learning environment for students. The role involves collaborating with parents, community stakeholders, and the school management to ensure academic excellence.

Qualifications

Experience in CBSE curriculum implementation

Strong leadership and management skills

Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities

Knowledge of academic program development

Able to lead and manage marketing activities and drive admission process.

Master's degree in Education or related field

Previous experience as a Principal is preferred

Experience in CBSE school environment is a plus

Ability to work collaboratively with diverse stakeholders

Will be responsible for budgeting, fundraising, and maintaining compliance with all relevant regulations and policies.
