Role Overview:
The Principal will provide visionary leadership, overseeing all academic and operational aspects of
the institution. The role includes maintaining academic excellence, fostering a positive campus
culture, ensuring compliance with educational regulations, and driving the institution's strategic
objectives. The Principal will work closely with faculty, students, and the management team to
cultivate an environment of excellence in management education.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the institution by developing and implementing academic strategies that align with the
institution's mission.
- Oversee faculty recruitment, development, and retention to ensure a high level of teaching quality.
- Ensure adherence to educational policies and regulations, maintaining the institution's
accreditation and reputation.
- Promote a collaborative culture between staff, faculty, and students.
- Monitor student performance, retention, and graduation rates.
- Engage with external stakeholders, including alumni, industry partners, and government bodies, to
promote the institution.
- Lead curriculum development, ensuring that courses remain relevant to the current market needs.
- Supervise budgeting, resource allocation, and infrastructure development.
Qualifications:
- A Master's or . in Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- A minimum of 10 years of academic experience with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
- Strong knowledge of management education trends and challenges.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
- Proven ability to work with diverse teams and foster a collaborative environment
