We are looking for a dedicated and empathetic School Counselor to join our educational team. The School Counselor will play a vital role in supporting the emotional, social, and academic growth of students. Provide one-on-one and group counseling sessions to address students' emotional, social, and academic concerns.

Develop and implement comprehensive school counseling programs that promote student success.

Assist students in setting realistic academic and career goals, and develop plans to achieve them.

Identify and address students needs by coordinating with teachers and parents for effective support.

Conduct assessments to identify issues related to learning, behavior, or emotional development.

Create and lead workshops and programs on topics such as conflict resolution, stress management, and effective study habits.

Act as a resource for teachers and parents, offering strategies for supporting students mental health and academic progress.

Maintain accurate records and ensure confidentiality in line with ethical and professional standards.

Refer students and their families to community resources or specialists as needed.

Collaborate with school staff to develop plans for students with special needs or at-risk situations.
