School Acquisition Manager Responsibilities:
School Acquisition Manager will be responsible for generating leads and sourcing the prospects.
· Scheduling and conducting meetings with the assigned prospects.
· Candidate needs to have strong network connection with the school – decision makers.
· Candidate need to schedule product demos conducted with decision-makers.
· Communicating with school staff and stakeholders to ensure a smooth transition following the acquisition.
· Candidate need to maintain follow up with the management from the beginning till the end in order to do the closures.
· Candidate should develop and implement marketing and sales strategies to promote the acquired schools and increase enrolment.
· Should monitor and analyze market trends and competitor activities to inform future acquisition strategies.
· Responsible for negotiating acquisition deals, including purchase agreements, lease agreements, and other legal documents.
· Coordinating with internal departments, such as legal, finance, and operations, to ensure that all aspects of the acquisition are properly managed.
· Providing regular reports and updates to senior management on the progress of acquisitions and their impact on the organization's overall goals and objectives.
