Must be strong in Software packaging (SCCM) and software license server administration
To be responsible for the desktop Windows operating system build
To manage risks through appropriate testing, piloting and monitoring of applications and systems
To ensure existing and new software and operating systems are functional and fit for purpose
To ensure software is appropriately patched for security vulnerabilities
To create, update and maintain appropriate support documentation and Sharepoint pages.
To perform site visits and occasional out-of-business-hours working, when required.
To achieve service and incident request resolutions within the IT department's SLOs.
To advise the IT Leadership team of any issues that present a risk to the profitability or operations of the practice.
To be responsible for monitoring software usage and generating software usage reports when required.
To be responsible for administrating Vulnerability Management scanning software (Tenable Nessus)
To be responsible for security patching reporting
To attend and contribute to IT meetings when required

To use the IT pipeline system to manage tasks
To engage with third parties to resolve technical issues or to provide consultancy support
3+ years' experience of software administration and support
Software packaging (SCCM) and software license server administration
Microsoft Windows operating system build and administration
Microsoft Active Directory and Group Policy
Excellent problem solver with a logical and methodical approach
Ability to plan and prioritize workload effectively
