Should be good in verbal and written communication in English.

As scaffolding supervisor. (Priority for experience in Gulf countries)

Should have attended scaffolding Supervisor training and should have certificate of the same. (Should produce copy previous certificates)

Should have knowledge of scaffold standards including BS standard. Should be able to identify defects in scaffolding. Should be conversant to build with all types of scaffolds like stand alone, cantilever and suspended scaffolds and their requirements. Liaison with clients and site Erection Engineers /supervisors. Should keep records of all scaffolding. (Maintain scaffold register)
