Resources need to be highly skilled in standard SAP TM and related modules. Need to be able to map business scenarios to the system, based on requirements. Ability to participate in business workshops, capture the requirements and perform gap analysis. Great communication skills to interact with stakeholders, designers, and end users.

The activities include the following tasks:

• Provide a BPM (Business Process Model) centric solution through digitized process, automations, User Interventions and User Experience.

• Performs requirements Analysis

• Details requirements with the customer/delivery team to detail requirements as needed for defining an IS solution

• Consults and designs technical solution considering feasibility, IS architecture & policies, and cost efficiency

• Ensures that solution is designed and implemented according to functional requirements

• Implements SAP best practices in customization, configuration and provides the most appropriate recommendation, fit for purpose end-to-end integrated solution after evaluating all aspects.

• Expertise in SAP TM S/4HANA side-by-side, including interfaces, ERP integration settings and master data distribution

• Understanding of the limitations of SAP TM Standard to fulfill the requirements with minimum enhancements with a global approach for regional needs.

• Perform planning of deliveries in TM to create shipments in ERP following BASF freight agreements.

• Understanding of Fright Cost Distribution for Inbound Deliveries

• Perform Planning and Execution of deliveries in TM, including forms printing, communication with carriers via Third Party and Cost Calculation.
