Job Summary:

We are seeking a qualified SAP Success Factor Recruitment Management (RCM) Consultant with a minimum of 4-6 years of experience in the RCM module. The ideal candidate should have a proven track record with at least one end-to-end implementation in SF RCM and possess strong client-facing skills.

Responsibilities:

• Utilize expertise in SAP Success Factor RCM to design, configure, and implement solutions for clients.

• Lead and actively participate in all phases of the implementation lifecycle, including requirements gathering, design, configuration, testing, deployment, and post-go-live support.

• Collaborate closely with clients to understand their business requirements and translate them into scalable and efficient solutions within the SAP Success Factors framework.

• Demonstrate leadership by providing guidance and mentorship to junior team members.

• Stay updated with the latest trends and developments in SAP Success Factor RCM and related technologies to continuously enhance skills and knowledge.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or related field.

• 4-6 years of hands-on experience working with SAP Success Factor RCM, including configuration, customization, and implementation.

• Proven experience leading at least one end-to-end implementation of SAP Success Factor RCM.

• Strong understanding of recruitment processes and best practices.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to effectively engage with clients and stakeholders at all levels.

• Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a team environment and collaborate with cross-functional teams.

• Prior experience in team management or leadership roles preferred.

• Ability to quickly adapt to new tasks, environments, and technologies.

• Strong learning agility and a commitment to continuous professional development.
