Job Description

We are looking for experienced SAP Sales Domain End User Experts with 5 to 8 years of relevant experience working with sales data and processes in SAP systems. The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on experience in managing sales data and operations, and experience in the Pharma industry is preferred. This is a fantastic opportunity for professionals to enhance their sales domain expertise in SAP without needing to be an End-to-End consultant.

Key Requirements:

• 5 to 8 years of experience as a Sales End User, with expertise in sales operations and data management.

• Hands-on experience in managing sales data, sales orders, invoicing, and customer interactions using SAP S/4 HANA.

• Proficient in data entry and sales data management within the SAP Sales module.

• Experience in the Pharma industry is preferred.

• Basic understanding of SAP systems and Sales modules.

• Strong attention to detail and the ability to work with large datasets related to sales.

• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

• Ability to work independently and manage tasks efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform data entry, sales data feeding, and sales operations management within the SAP Sales module.

• Ensure the accuracy and integrity of sales-related data in SAP systems.

• Collaborate with sales, marketing, and other departments to ensure smooth data flow and process execution.

• Assist in preparing reports and documentation related to sales activities and performance.

• Troubleshoot and resolve data discrepancies and issues within the SAP Sales system.

• Support the sales team in managing customer data, orders, and invoices in SAP.

• Participate in system upgrades and testing related to sales processes in SAP.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Familiarity with SAP SD (Sales and Distribution) module is a plus.

• Prior experience in the sales domain, preferably in Pharma, is preferred.
