Job Description

Job Summary

SAP PP Consultant who will be responsible for implementing SAP PP module in a global environment

in SAP Hana environment

5-10 Yrs. Hands on Experience in atleast 3 SAP implementation projects as SAP PP Consultant and

configuring SAP PP module

Must have worked on end to end implementation project for a Global Customer and should have

worked in migration of data from non SAP system to SAP system

Key Responsibilities

Should be able to convert the business requirement in to a Functional Specification documents

Convert and explain key business requirement to technical specification document for development

Configure SAP System within PP module as per the requirements specified

Convert and create impact analysis document

Understand integration requirement with other SAP modules and Non SAP systems

Analyze, Research, Troubleshoot and help resolve defects arising out of process

Able to do regression testing and System integration testing

Technology Skills

Should have deep knowledge of SAP PP Module and business domain knowledge

Experience in SAP PP Module OR integration knowledge with other SAP Module is essential

SAP Certification in SAP PP is preferred

Knowledge and experience in SAP QM/PM is desirable

Essential qualifications

5-10 Yrs. Experience in SAP implementation projects in SAP PP

Job brief
We are looking for a skilled Accounts Payable/Receivable Executive to provide financial, administrative and clerical services.

Accounts receivable duties include ensuring accuracy and efficiency of operations, processing and monitoring incoming payments, and securing revenue by verifying and posting receipts.

Responsibilities
Process accounts and incoming payments in compliance with financial policies and procedures

Perform day to day financial transactions, including verifying, classifying, computing, posting and recording accounts receivables data

Prepare bills, invoices and bank deposits

Reconcile the accounts receivable ledger to ensure that all payments are accounted for and properly posted.

Verify discrepancies by and resolve clients billing issues

Facilitate payment of invoices due by sending bill reminders and contacting clients

Generate financial statements and reports detailing accounts receivable status

Requirements
Proven working experience as accounts receivable clerk, accounts payable/receivable manager or accountant

Solid understanding of basic accounting principles, fair credit practices and collection regulations

Proven ability to calculate, post and manage accounting figures and financial records

Data entry skills along with a knack for numbers

Hands-on experience in operating spreadsheets and accounting software (Tally ERP 9 or Oracal)

Proficiency in English and in MS Office

Customer service orientation and negotiation skills

High degree of accuracy and attention to detail

BS degree in Finance, Accounting or Business Administration
