Valid Certification is mandatory.
SuccessFactors EC certified consultant.
The consultant should have done at least 3+ large scale implementation for SuccessFactors customers in Employee Central and should have a deeper understanding of SAP OnPrem HCM solution as well where a Global Template approach was leveraged.
SAP S/4 HCM and EC minimum experience of 5+ years is a must.
Knowledge of how information flows between EC and S/4 HCM is a must.
Consultant is expected to have a knowhow on how the foundation, transaction data between S/4 HCM and SF EC maps and how additional infotypes which are not supported in the existing Employee Central will get mapped.
Consultant should be able to assess the impact on SAP On Prem Payroll if any.
The consultant should be able to drive and lead the discussions with the business process owners of the customer independently and suggest solution based on the leading practice.
Consultant should be able to think creatively and propose solutions/ workarounds which are scalable, matches and aligns with the overall product strategy.
Consultant should be hands on with the configuration and should know the deliverables associated with the SAP Activate methodology.
