1. Cater to user's urgent needs, updating existing user reports to obtain exact format required

2. Analysis Reports for each user for every department

3. Conducting Training / clearing doubts / resolving issues

4. Manage the License sharing among the different users and monitor them as well

5. Discussing and assist during internal and external audit

6. Other activities such as form creation, daily reports sent on emails, system improvement etc.
