• Candidate should have latest SAP SuccessFactors – Employee Central certification.
• Minimum 3-5 years of relevant and strong experience in SAP HCM and Payroll modules in Greenfield implementation, Rollout and AMS projects in ECC and S/4HANA
• Minimum 2-4 years of relevant and strong experience in SAP SuccessFactors – Employee Central Payroll (EC-PY) module in Greenfield implementation, Rollout and AMS projects in ECC and S/4HANA
• Minimum of 2-4 relevant project experience, full implementation cycle and support projects in SAP HCM and Payroll modules (ECC and S/4HANA)
• Minimum of 2-4 relevant project experience, full implementation cycle, rollout, and support projects in SAP SuccessFactors – Employee Central Payroll (EC-Payroll) module
• Participate in the accurate creation of Configuration Workbooks
• Should have hands on experience in Provisioning settings, Admin centre settings for SF-Employee Central Payroll

• Support business through testing and payroll runs.
• Experience with data migration and data management activities in SF-EC Payroll module
• Extensive integration experience of Employee Central Payroll module with ECC and S/4HANA Landscap
